I don't have a credit card, can I still make a reservation?

If you do not have a credit card, please make a bank transfer in advance or pay in cash on the day. First, please let us know your desired stay dates and number of people.

Can I rent a bicycle?

We're sorry, but we do not rent out bicycles.

Can I park my bicycle?

Only one bicycle can be parked outdoors without a roof. If you wish to park your bicycle, please contact us in advance.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking lot.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will store your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. If you would like to leave your luggage before check-in, please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.

Can I check out early in the morning (4 or 5 am)?

Check-out is unmanned, so please return your room key to the designated location before checking out. You can check out at any time up until 12 noon.

Is there a lift (elevator)? How many floors does the building have?

Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The building is two stories high and is not barrier-free. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew. The entrance will be locked with an electronic lock outside of reception hours. The PIN code for the electronic lock will be provided at check-in.

Is there a lights-out time?

There is no lights-out time. However, we ask that you please be quiet after 10pm.

What is available in the shared kitchen?

The following items are available for free use in the shared kitchen:
Plates, cups, cooking utensils (frying pans, spatulas, pots, bowls, etc.), condiments (sugar, salt, soy sauce, oil, etc.), a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc.
