Q-beh is an accommodation renovated from a Japanese traditional ryokan building that is over 100 years old. Please also review “For first-time guests”.

■ Check-in/ Check-out and House Rules

Is luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out?

The luggage room is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out. You are also welcome to use the common areas until 7:00 PM. after check-out.

Can I check in before check-in time?

Your room will be ready after 3:00 PM as we’re still cleaning. Please feel free to use our luggage room and come back any time during the check-in hours.

What time is the latest time for check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the reception and main entrance close at 9:00 PM.

Is it possible to check out early in the morning?

The latest check-out time is 11:00 AM, and it is perfectly acceptable to check out earlier. If you check out before the reception opens, please return your key or card to the reception to complete the check-out process.

Is there an elevator or lift? How many stories does the building have?

The building has three stories and does not have an elevator. Please note that it is not fully barrier-free. Guest rooms are located on the first and second floors.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, but the main entrance closes at 9:00 PM. During nighttime, you will need the night entrance PIN, which is provided at check-in.

Is there a lights-out time?

There is no lights-out time, but please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.


■ Facilities and Services

Is there a laundry facility?

Coin-operated washing machines and gas dryers are available.

  • Washing machine: ¥300 per cycle
  • Dryer: ¥100 per 15 minutes
  • Available hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Note: There is no space to hang clothes. Please use the dryer.

Do you serve breakfast? Is it included?

We do not offer food service, but a list of recommended breakfast cafés is available. Please inquire at the reception.

Can I enter the garden?

No, the garden is not accessible as it is not our property. You can enjoy the view from our third-floor common area or the café next door.

Is there an onsen at your property?

We only have shower rooms and no bathtubs. A public bath is located nearby if you would like to visit.

Do you offer a bicycle rental service?

We do not offer a bicycle rental service. Nearby bicycle rental shops or shared bicycle services are available. Note: There is no parking area on our property.

Is there a parking lot for bicycles or cars?

There is no parking lot on our property. Please use a nearby public parking lot.


■ Reservations

I would like a lower or upper bed in the dormitory.

We cannot guarantee the availability of a lower or upper bunk bed, as it depends on the number of check-outs on the day of your stay. Beds in shared rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

We would like to make a reservation for a large group.

Our facility is not designed to accommodate large groups. Reservations for groups of seven or more may be subject to cancellation. The maximum capacity is four people in the mixed dormitory and three people in the female dormitory.


■ Luggage Delivery

Is it possible to send my luggage before check-in?

Yes, we can receive your luggage prior to check-in. Please note the following when sending your luggage:

  • The shipping fee must be prepaid; cash on delivery is not accepted.
  • Use the name on your booking for the shipping label.
  • Specify the arrival date and time:
    • Arrival date: Your check-in date or the day before.
    • Arrival time: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
  • Notify us in advance about your luggage delivery.

Is it possible to send my luggage from your facility to my next destination?

We do not offer a luggage transport service, but a Yamato Transport office is located nearby.
